Genetics

Balanced Diet

  • Eat enough Zinc. It includes oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin, and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab.
  • Eat enough vitamin D. Found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly.
  • Have your meal in time at least you breakfast and dinner should be in time and good enough and also drink water 5-6 little per day.
Have a Plenty of Sleep Every Night
 The age after 18 is a very busy age because of studies , career pressure and many more things. So in these life stuffs boys/girls generally not give much concentration on self in sleeping eating and proper time maintenance.
But they don't know sleeping is the time when body grows,So having plenty of sleep is equivalent to giving your body more time for growth. Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20.And if you are over 18+/20+ then sleep at least 6-7 hrs at night.
The human growth hormone (HGH) is produced naturally in our bodies, especially during deep or slow wave sleep. Getting good, sound sleep will encourage the production of HGH, which is created in the pituitary gland.

Drugs And Alcohol
There might not be a lot you can do to increase your height, but you can take several steps to make sure your natural height isn't shortened by environmental influences.

How To Look Taller
 
Have a Good Posture

Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. Spread out your shoulders slightly towards the back. Having a good posture will make you look much taller.
 
Wear tighter clothesTighter clothes accentuate the lines of your body. If you wear baggy clothes, those lines disappear, making you look smaller.
Wear tight clothes that make you feel good about yourself, however, not ones you're nervous about wearing or uncomfortable in.
 
For girls, you can always wear high-heels to enhance your height Avoid wearing flats or flip-flops, instead, wear shoes with heels.

 
Show the best features of your body 
If you have long legs, wear shorts or mini-skirts to highlight your legs.
Try to avoid wearing leg warmers or leggings which will visually shorten your legs and make you look shorter.

Wear dark colored clothes
Sometimes, looking taller is all about looking slimmer. If you're able to look slimmer, there's a good chance you'll also look taller.
Colors like black, dark blue, and forest green can all contribute to looking both slimmer and taller, especially if you go dark on both the top and the bottom.
 
Wear clothing with vertical stripes 
It makes you look taller. Horizontal stripes do the opposite.

General Tips
  • Eat your veggies.
  • To get taller stretch as far you can go an lay down on the floor and get a massage because massages relax your bones to get slimmer aka longer.
  • Being confident is more important than you think. Because without confidence, you won't have self-esteem, which you will unconsciously have a bad walking posture with your head down and your back lowered.
  • Sit straight.
  • Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
  • Our height is mainly based on our genes. Therefore, don't try too hard on yourself. Accept who you are and what you have. Bring out the best of yourself to hide your dislikes of your body. You might not have the height of a model, but think about it, no one is perfect. A better personality comes before heights and that's for sure.
